I retract my thanks; the subtitles are garbage, varying from needing -10 seconds video overlay to (no typo here) -140 seconds video overlay
Unless you speak Japanese, don't waste your time

I am not going to download this based on the comments; however, I would like to give a thanks to the uploader anyway. This is the closest to a viable download that is available. Even the DVD-R .torrents are not available because there are no seeders.
